Kristina’s expertise spans operations, claims management, compliance, risk analysis, audit readiness, and organizational development.
Since joining Ryan Specialty Renewables in 2022, Kristina has been instrumental in transforming the organization’s operational framework, first serving as Claims Director, then Vice President of Operations & Claims, before being appointed Chief Operating Officer. She has successfully led initiatives focused on process improvement, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and organizational efficiency while fostering collaboration across underwriting, claims, finance, and technology teams.
