Sarah-Paige Hatherell serves as an Underwriting Assistant at Ryan Specialty Renewables. She joined Ryan Specialty in 2024 as a Junior Processing Technician, where she developed a broad understanding of insurance operations and premium processing. In her subsequent role as Technical Operations Lead, she worked closely with multiple departments to support the monthly flow of premium and enhance operational efficiency, experience that contributed to her progression into the Renewable Energy team.
